AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE ACT?
NOT!

Effective January 1, 2014 the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act imposes an excise tax on health insurance companies (one of 22 new taxes) …Raising rates on their customers 10% from about 7% to 17%, would raise the $10.2 billion necessary to cover the cost of the tax for one such company which will be paid by Americans who are now required by law to purchase these insurance policies.

In 2011, average costs for a family of four were $19,393. For a middle class family with dual incomes totaling $100,000 per year,  this represents 20% of pretax income!

With the drag on the economy that ObamaCare is already creating, this family’s earnings over the next 10 years will probably not increase, so that the increase in health insurance premiums will consume larger and larger portions of the family budget and eventually 60% of pretax income by 2021.

The result will be the eventual destruction of the middle class as this form of wealth redistribution reduces all but the very rich to equal levels of poverty.

WHAT DOES DR. TROBIANI'S PLAN DO FOR YOU?

BETTER BENEFITS!  Decision making is left to the employee as a healthcare consumer and the professionals consulted for that care.

LOWER COSTS!  The taxes and middlemen are gone and care becomes affordable!

GREATER CONTROL!  You make decisions about your plan and your care!

LESS BUREAUCRACY!  The government would not have control of your money, bank accounts, care providers or allowable services

MAINTAIN DOCTOR/PATIENT RELATIONSHIPS! You and your doctor will be the sole decision makers on the care you can and must receive.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

According to the Kaiser Family Foundation and The Health Research & Educational Trust, the average premium in 2011 for family health insurance is $15,073 and the average individual premium is $5,429

Given an employer with 100 employees and a 50-50 mix of families and individuals, the annual premium for health insurance for this employer would be $1,025,100

The employer pays this sum into his HRA. The employer then uses $258,000 of those funds to purchase a stop-loss policy at $20,000 per individual employee and $1,500,000 aggregate.

The remaining HRA funds are $767,100 for the year

Each employee with family coverage deposits $6,250 into his/her HSA and each employee with individual coverage deposits $3,100 into his/her HSA.

These deposits are made by mandatory payroll deduction over the course of the year.

The total HSA funds are $467,500.

The total year’s funds available for healthcare expenses total $1,234,600, leaving an aggregate risk for the employer of $265,400.

   “Of all tyrannies,
a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.
It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies.
 The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated;
but those who  torment us for our own good will torment us without end for
they do so with the approval of their own conscience.”

Sustainable Healthcare Reform:
Harnessing the Power of Capitalism to Fund Our Social Needs
is not the first book to enumerate the problems with ObamaCare

BUT, it is the FIRST and ONLY book to
  • expose the healthcare cartel being created by ObamaCare.
  • propose a viable free-market alternative to ObamaCare.
  • explain why managed-care has failed to make healthcare affordable.
  • provide a path to restoring control of healthcare to employers, healthcare consumers and healthcare professionals.
  • recommend a change to the way we finance healthcare to create the funds to exceed the need rather than forcing the need to fit within the available funds.
  • illustrate how we can increase the net worth of both employers and their employees while still providing high quality, accessible, affordable healthcare.
  • show how we can restore prosperity and independence to the profession of medicine without eroding the affordability of healthcare.

In short, the book offers a revolutionary approach to our country's healthcare dilemma at a time when we are in dire need of fresh ideas.

This book is a Declaration of Independence.
It is the start of the
American Healthcare Revolution.
WHY DID DR. TROBIANI ELECT
TO WRITE THIS BOOK
AND CREATE THIS PLAN?

Like many of his fellow physicians, he was concerned that the passage of ObamaCare had paved the path for the formation of a healthcare cartel. This cartel formed by the marriage of big government and big healthcare has an agenda largely concealed from our country's population.

Obama's agenda will dramatically increase the cost of healthcare,
reduce the access to and the quality of healthcare,
and bring about the end of medicine as a profession, while simultaneously enriching managed care organizations and the politicians supporting them.

Sustainable Healthcare Reform: Harnessing the Power of Capitalism to Fund Our Social Needs
exposes the hidden agenda. Beyond this, however, Dr. Trobiani's book offers an innovative alternative to ObamaCare which will restore power to consumers, healthcare professionals and employers. This innovative approach will take us from endlessly limiting the healthcare that we provide to the ability to provide unlimited, high quality and affordable healthcare. Best of all, it will do so while rewarding, rather than punishing, the employers who fund healthcare.

The approach is so unique that the U.S. Patent Office has issued a patent to Dr. Trobiani for his system.

This book is being used to launch a movement--an American Healthcare Revolution. To further this cause,
Dr. Trobiani has founded an educational non-profit, Politics and Healthcare Forum,

WHAT AMERICANS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS BOOK

"I am a healthcare professional and have worked in healthcare for over 20 years. Dr. Trobiani’s assessment of the role of managed-care in producing our healthcare crisis in his book Sustainable Healthcare Reform is, in my opinion, dead on! He has also nailed the role of the federal government in creating a healthcare cartel that has given managed-care even more authority, while mandating that everyone purchase their product regardless of value. Managed-care has failed at preventing the double digit rise in healthcare costs for the consumer. ObamaCare adds insult to injury and should be repealed. Dr. Trobiani’s alternative for healthcare reform makes incredibly good sense. If our politicians have any sense, they will embrace his approach and implement it before our economy collapses."

~Michelle Podlesni, bestselling author of Unconventional Nurse: From Burnout to Bliss

"As a senior approaching Medicare, I was confused as to what Medicare covers. I had no idea as to how Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B were structured. The myriad of plans offering coverage under Medicare only added to my confusion as did the prescription coverage under Medicare Part D. As if this weren’t enough, I had no idea as to what changes would take place within Medicare as a consequence of ObamaCare.  Dr. Trobiani’s book Sustainable Healthcare Reform provides a clear outline  of how Medicare is structured and how all these plans operate, leaving me better prepared to choose the Medicare plan that is best for me. Furthermore, I now understand how the Independent Payment Advisory Board created by ObamaCare  will serve to control Medicare spending and ration the care provided to me as I  age. I am now firmly resolved to do everything I can to get ObamaCare repealed."

~Dr. Anna Maria Prezio, 4 Time Bestselling Author

"For fifteen years my family and I have obtained our healthcare through my employer. This was part of the compensation package negotiated by the union on behalf of all of the company’s employees. Now I am being told that this benefit is to be taken from my family as a consequence of ObamaCare. Though it doesn’t lessen my outrage over the loss of this part of the compensation package promised to us, Dr. Trobiani’s book, Sustainable Healthcare Reformhas at least helped me to understand why this is happening.  My company has a self-funded healthcare program and such programs will  become illegal under ObamaCare in 2014. It appears that my company is being forced to purchase an insurance plan that is 30% more costly than the excellent  self-funded plan we had. This is occurring simply so that Washington can collect 10% of the premium the company will pay. Frankly, I don’t blame the company  for refusing to cooperate. The company will pay a penalty for its refusal but so also will I. I will now need to purchase insurance for a healthcare benefit that was  previously available to me without additional cost. That way, Washington can still  get its10% from me. I have always voted Democrat and, I regret to say, I voted  for Barak Obama. I believe it is now time for me and my union to reconsider our  party affiliation."

~Jack Fitzgerald, Commercial Construction Superintendent

"I am a woman in my 20s working for a small firm that does not offer health insurance. I was optimistic that the passage of the Affordable Care Act would allow me to obtain health insurance at a price I could afford. I was sickened to learn that my rates will likely double next year as a consequence of Obamacare. Worse yet, the network of physicians and hospitals available to me through the health insurance exchange will shrink. I will be paying more but getting less, how sick is that?  Dr. Trobiani offers a much better alternative in his book Sustainable Healthcare Reform. Perhaps President Obama should try reading it."

~Katie Marsh, 20 Something Woman

"I have read Dr. Trobiani’s book Sustainable Healthcare Reform and I have only one question after finishing the book. Why hasn’t anyone thought of this before? This book is a must read for anyone concerned with the direction of healthcare in this country."

~James Scott, 6-time Bestselling Author and CEO of Princeton Corporate Solutions.

Steven Trobiani, MD,  was born into an average middle-class family in Chicago, Illinois in 1950. Intrigued equally by medical science and literature from an early age, he majored in biology but minored in English literature and graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Loyola University in Chicago in 1972. He obtained his M.D. from Loyola University-Stritch School of Medicine in 1976 and served his internship at St. Louis University from 1976 to 1977. Dr. Trobiani then served as a general medical officer in the U.S. Army from 1977 to 1980, attached initially to an armored cavalry squadron as a squadron surgeon before being assigned command of the 24th medical detachment in Schweinfurt, Germany. Upon leaving the military, he decided to specialize in neurology and was accepted for neurology residency training at Yale University. He trained at Yale from 1980-1983 and served as the chief resident for the neurology service during his last year. For the last 30 years, Dr. Trobiani has owned and operated his own private neurology practice in Minneapolis.

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has warned the Obama administration against adopting further socialism, saying Russian history clearly proves it is a recipe for failure.
“Any fourth grade history student knows socialism has failed in every country, at every time in history,” said Putin. “President Obama and his fellow Democrats are either idiots or deliberately trying to destroy their own economy.”
